This Edwardian shaped conservatory required a standard conversion to replace the roof and guttering. The old design coupled with the many trees surrounding the house, meant the client was often having issues caused by blocked gutters.
To fix this, we stripped off the old roof and fitted the new tiles up to the brickwork to cover the gutters and leave no gaps, and finished with modern Britmet Plaintile that come with a 50-year warranty.
Internally, we added top-quality insulation for increased temperature regulation and energy efficiency, and ran in new electrics. We also insulated and sound-proofed an additional door that the client no longer needed.
